We do not have an extensive contract. We will add the basic terms in, and what both think that is important and sign it. Thats all.
Managing
We are asking our clients to communicate. Yes you can do a lot yourself, but as a management we need to know what you are up to and of course the other way around.
When the contract term is over and you don't want to extend or you are not happy with the services provided you can end the contract. Running projects like label deals need to be honoured.
Of course it sounds cool to have a big contract and that you can step out whenever you want but we have some basic rules. Because we have to do a lot of work to setup accounts we do not refund paid fees. All contracts are for the minimum of one year. The contract is exclusive between Wayland Management and artist. Wayland Management is not a booking office and a lack of gigs never can be the reason to end the contract.
